Across Australia, free standard shipping on orders over $80.
How long does delivery take?+
Standard: 3-7 business days. Express: 1-3 business days. Orders before midday AEST usually ship same day.

You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Returns & Sizing
What's your return policy?+
30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Hygiene exception: opened consumables non-returnable.
How do I know what size to order?+
Each product has a size guide. Email us your pet's measurements if unsure.
Can I exchange a size?+
Absolutely — within 30 days, free Australian exchange.
Product Care
Are your beds machine-washable?+
All beds have removable, machine-washable covers. Cold wash, low-tumble dry.
Where are your products made?+
Designed in Melbourne. Manufactured by partners we visit and trust — primarily Australia, with select pieces from Vietnam and Italy.
How do I care for natural rope toys?+
Hand wash with mild soap, air dry. They'll fray with regular use — that's normal.
